These are the conclusions drawn for meetings in the LMF BOD Meeting Monthly DTI.
Meeting 1, June 5, 2024 (Training Videos)
It's nice to see that the RMI Financial Team is posting the steps every month, but what's missing are videos, because if you don't do something that often, like monthly, it's easy to forget how to do it.
Conclusion: Agreed that videos will be made of all the steps we do from the LMFs and the Chairman position.
It would be good if videos could be made of the work we carry out together. It is best to keep these videos on a page that you can access with a password. The finance team and monthly chair will both start creating videos.
Meeting 2, June 10, 2024 (WP Forms Renewal)
Let me give you some background information. You all know that we switched from Wufoo to WP Forms. It's time to renew WP forms and here is the information I received from Erin when she asked about the WP forms:
It was looked at because the amount didn't look right, the amount last year was $299. This is the price when you get it for the first time and afterward $599
Conclusion:

Meeting 3, June 14, 2024 (New payment method)
A new donor tool has been found that allows you to make a donation via a link with your bank account card. This is much easier and lighter to do.
Conclusion :
There has been a major breakthrough in giving donations through a new donor instrument. You use this via your own bank account card via another link. We still have the old donor tool, but a new link will be attached. It's called Stripe. Everyone gets the chance to test it. The biggest breakthrough is that this donor instrument can be used to sell the books. Erin advises you to place the most affordable donor instrument at the top of your page. Adina recently posted an update on all pages.
Meeting 4, June 20, 2024 (Note from Erin about social media for NRPH but also for us)
To spread the word and encourage other ladies, we can use ALL social media platforms.
It should not be too difficult to do and easy to follow. Especially doing things from your phone, think of the more you can do things from your phone, think of how easy it can be. Small videos and so on.
Let it flow and do these different things.
Conclusion :
The decision was made to switch from WhatsApp to Telegram because it is safer to share information. Social media platforms are a great way to share the resources we offer with others. It doesn't matter which one you use. You can use social media through which He guides you.
