Restore Ministries IPM
“International Property Manager”
LMFs began in late 2022 and were completed by the end of 2023. Then in 2025, we moved to IPM to fully focus on all languages being ONE. Gone are the ENG or English websites; we are now INT or International, with all LNG languages joining and fully bridging both together.

Our internet or cloud real estate includes all our resources, where No One PAYS, but instead, qualified ministers are given the digital property of a website and its contents and cultivate, continue to build for an agreed amount of time, renewable if fruits are produced.
Fruits are recorded ‘Record the vision' and shared on Encouraging Women. “Then the LORD answered me and said, ‘Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, that the one who reads it may run. For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it hastens toward the goal, and it will not fail. Though it tarries, WAIT for it; for it will certainly come, it will not delay.’” Habakkuk 2:2-3
IPMs enjoy the income (tithes and offerings) generated from the people who are being spiritually fed, when the IMP agrees to be responsible for the caring, nurturing, and growth of their ministry. IPMs are also responsible for their tithe and offering to RMI for leasing their digital property, including the storehouse and warehoused digital property that includes books, courses, and blogs, which may include an existing Facebook Group and YouTube Channel.
Consistency connecting the websites/ministry fields is just a small part of the benefits of working as ONE and allowing continuity in design, but, most importantly, the principles, policies, and procedures amongst all RMI ministries.

In the past, we signed formal agreements with those serving in our ministry—first for 90 days, then 6 months, 12 months, and eventually renewed annually.
Recently, the Lord showed Erin something that helped us see this differently. Here is her testimony:
When I came back from living abroad, I was entirely broke, burdened with a huge bankruptcy, and unable to get anyone to approve me for a lease. The first place I stayed was a farmhouse “given” to me by my neighbors. About a year later, wanting to be closer to my children and my first grandson—and with my online ministry income now able to cover rent—I found my first loft on the downtown Ozark Square.
When I was preparing for the landlady to ask me to sign a lease, she surprised me by saying, “I don’t believe in having a lease. I don’t want anyone to stay in my properties if they want to leave. If they want to leave, they can go anytime. I want everyone to be happy.”
Later, when the Treasurer prayed about this, she received confirmation:
Hi Erin, I spoke to Him about this, and He reminded me of the term “Gentleman’s Agreement.” I wasn’t exactly sure of the meaning, so I looked it up: A gentleman’s agreement is a non-legally binding understanding based on trust and mutual respect, rather than formal contracts or legal obligations. It relies on the integrity of the individuals involved to honor their word, as there are no formal mechanisms for enforcement. Such agreements are often informal, sometimes even verbal, and may not involve written documentation. I believe this confirms exactly what you shared.
At RMI, our desire is for each ministry to bear fruit. This can only happen when those serving are dedicated and working with Him. If someone’s heart is no longer in the work, we want them to feel completely free to move on to whatever He is calling them to next.
Therefore, we will no longer use written contracts. Instead, we will walk in trust, allowing everyone the freedom to follow His leading—whether that means staying or moving on.

RMI is currently opening up opportunities for women and men to plant their own fields and feed their sheep by leasing property/ministry's websites—especially taking over available, well-planted, flourishing fields.
We are currently offering IMP when we witness ministering through "posted praise," as well as blog comments —showing a passion for ministering to the flock already coming to the website/field to be fed —THESE are the candidates we will begin offering our available Restore Ministries IPM “International Property Manager” exclusively to RMIOU Students.
These Ministers will be seen as business OWNERS even though RMI LEASES the cloud 
property furnished building.
Payments
RMI pays dividends to each IPM on the 1st Friday of each month. Each IPM is responsible for collecting the totals from the Donor Tools spreadsheet to be ready for the bookkeeper to make the payments.
*Please note: When payments fall on a weekend, it will be moved forward to Monday.
Any expenses that are incurred by RMI due to application and software purchases will be divided on a percentage basis depending on the size of the IPM.
Provided Protection
RMI provides and pays for the WordPress Security Plugin that is recommended by our Cloud Website Host Company, Flywheel, which means your IPM is kept running and safe from hacking. RMI also provides a webmaster who logs into each of our IPM websites to make sure it's up and running, along with a checklist done every day of the year. If there is something not right, our webmaster team contacts our Host Company, Flywheel, and reaches out to you via your Telegram Group. This same group allows you to ask questions or voice concerns.
Another security protection provided by RMI is a plugin called WordFence, which is an important plugin to prevent spam and hacker attacks with a firewall for protection from attacks.
