For example, co-authors and others on the NRP book team who use chatGPT, RMI pays for the whole year to give YOU a $5 a month discount per person, SAVING YOU $60 a year while you can pay monthly by deducting it from your monthly invoice.

MOM Websites - My Own Ministry
Starting in October 2025, every Graduate will have their own ministry on a WIX website where they can share their gifts and advertise their services.
This is an exciting opportunity for IPMs (International Property Managers) to connect with Graduates and hire them for the support they need!
For example, if you need help with bookkeeping, you can hire Yvonne and Adina. If your websites need a refresh or cleanup, you can hire Yvonne and Owen. And if you’re looking for beautiful covers, eye-catching logos, or professional audio work, Anastasia and Adina have you covered.
These are only a few examples — we have many other Graduates with amazing anointings that you can find by visiting their Wix websites. You can easily find each Graduate’s website by visiting their BIO page—take a moment to explore their sites and see how they can bless your ministry!
To help us focus on what is important, He showed us to use Fridays for finances. This means all invoices will be paid on the first Friday of each month.
If the month starts on a Friday, we will wait and pay on the next Friday. This gives us time to first pay our Tithes and Offerings, to put Him first.
Please note:
If there is an overpayment on an invoice, it must be paid back, and a fine will be added.
Make sure your invoice amounts are correct. If this is difficult for you, ask God to show you someone who can help check your numbers.

While these services will no longer be offered directly through RMI, after Erin asked me to personally set up and handle her QuickBooks Soloprenuer, she has such a heart for this vision that she’s helping launch my family’s QuickBooks service. A Certificate of Good Standing is an official document you can get from your state government that proves your business is legally registered, up to date on fees and reports, and allowed to operate in that state. In the U.S., businesses often need it when opening bank accounts, applying for loans, registering in another state, or working with investors. It basically says, “This business is active and in compliance with the state’s rules.”
Our Treasurer/Bookkeeper renews this annually before 31 August. It can be renewed as early as May/June.

Certificate Doing Business As (DBA) Fictitious Name
As a 501 3(C) nonprofit organization our legal name is Restore Ministries INC, but our DBA is registered “Restore Ministries International”
This is renewed every 5 years and ours are coming up for renewal in 1/15/2027
A fictitious name (also known as a DBA, “Doing Business As,” or trade name) is a name a business uses that is different from its official legal name. In the U.S., businesses often register a fictitious name if they want to operate under a brand name without forming a new company. For example, if “Johnson Enterprises, LLC” wants to run a bakery called “Sweet Sunrise Bakery,” it would register “Sweet Sunrise Bakery” as its fictitious name. This makes the name official for business use, allows things like bank accounts and contracts under that name, but doesn’t give ownership rights like a trademark does.
